An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a leading global entertainment organisation, driving international marketing strategy across Home Entertainment and Content Licensing.
Working within a collaborative international team, you'll lead product marketing for TV, Animation and Kids content while owning marketing strategy for the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) region across both digital and physical entertainment channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead international marketing strategy for TV, Kids and Animation content.
- Develop go-to-market plans for digital and physical home entertainment releases.
- Manage title lifecycle from greenlight through release, campaign execution and post-launch analysis.
- Partner with Commercial, Sales, Finance, Operations, Creative Services and regional licensees to maximise commercial performance.
- Build promotional calendars, pricing strategies and retailer activation plans.
- Manage agencies and international stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Optimise digital merchandising across transactional platforms and retail partners.
- Analyse campaign performance, sales trends and profitability, providing recommendations to improve revenue and ROI.
- Prepare executive presentations and marketing plans for senior stakeholders.

We're looking for experience in:
- 4–7 years' experience within Home Entertainment, Media Distribution, Studio Marketing, Content Licensing or the wider Entertainment industry.
- Electronic Sell Through (EST)
- Transactional Video on Demand (TVOD)
- Premium Video on Demand (PVOD)
- Physical Home Entertainment
- Digital merchandising
- Release windowing strategies
- International product marketing
- Commercial analysis and sales performance reporting
- International stakeholder management within matrix organisations
- Product lifecycle management
Technical Skills
- Experience with most of the following:
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Copilot
- SAP ERP
- Salesforce CRM
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
- Rights Management systems
- Retailer content portals
- SharePoint
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Power BI (desirable)
- Experience working with metadata delivery and digital supply chains for platforms such as Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Google TV, Sky Store and other transactional partners would be highly advantageous.
