Company Description

Voxshell is a fast-growing engineering software startup building next-generation tools for AI-driven engineering simulation and CAE. Our technology helps engineers tackle some of the most difficult parts of simulation workflows, from automated meshing of highly complex geometries with ChopMesh to AI agents capable of setting up and executing complex CFD and engineering simulation workflows. We work with engineering teams across aerospace, advanced manufacturing, energy and other complex industries. Following our recent growth, we’re now looking for our first dedicated marketing hire.

Role Description

This is not a role where you’ll join an established marketing department and follow an existing playbook. You’ll help build the playbook. Working closely with the founders, engineering and commercial teams, you’ll take ownership of how Voxshell communicates its technology, products and customer value to the global engineering community. You’ll have significant freedom to shape our marketing strategy, brand and content as the company grows.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute Voxshell’s marketing and content strategy
  • Build our presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels
  • Turn complex engineering and AI technologies into compelling technical stories
  • Create technical blogs, product content, videos, graphics and social content
  • Support product launches and major company announcements
  • Develop customer stories, case studies and application-focused content
  • Improve website positioning, messaging and product pages
  • Plan and support conferences, exhibitions, webinars and industry events
  • Work with engineers to turn technical developments into high-quality marketing content
  • Collaborate with the commercial team on campaigns and lead generation
  • Track marketing performance and continuously experiment with what works

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
