Marketing Manager Opportunity
If you're an asset management marketer looking for a role with more commercial exposure, ownership and visibility, this could be a great opportunity!!
You'll join a fast-growing ETF business at the forefront of the European market, working closely with senior leadership and Business Development to shape campaigns, thought leadership and senior-level engagement that help drive growth with asset managers and investment firms globally.
About the Role
I'm working with a high-growth, specialist financial services business at the forefront of the European ETF market, and they're looking to hire a Marketing Manager to help drive the growth of their global platform.
The business provides a white-label ETF/ETC platform, helping asset managers, investment boutiques and other financial institutions launch and distribute investment products in Europe without having to build the infrastructure themselves. With a strong growth trajectory and a highly specialist proposition, this is an opportunity to join a business operating at the intersection of asset management, investment products and financial technology.
This is a genuinely commercial and broad marketing role, working closely with Business Development and senior leadership to position the platform with senior decision-makers across the global asset management industry.
The Role
You'll take ownership across a broad mix of marketing activity, including:
- Developing and delivering marketing campaigns targeting asset managers, investment firms and financial institutions.
- Working closely with Business Development to support commercial growth, prospect engagement and relationship development.
- Creating compelling content across thought leadership, case studies, pitch decks, email campaigns, landing pages and sales enablement.
- Developing campaigns around the ETF market and educating prospective clients on how to enter and expand within the European ETF market.
- Planning and delivering C-suite events, webinars, roundtables and conferences.
- Managing newsletters and communications for issuer partners and industry stakeholders.
- Working with internal teams to ensure messaging is accurate, commercially relevant and compliant.
- Managing external agencies, event partners and other marketing suppliers.
- Working closely with the Marketing Director and taking ownership of key strategic marketing workstreams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
