A leading, privately owned wealth management business is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a broad, hands-on marketing role with exposure across brand, events, communications, campaigns and business-wide projects. A key focus will be supporting the delivery of a company-wide rebrand, alongside managing a varied programme of events and client communications. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the business and external partners, playing an important role in ensuring marketing activity is delivered consistently, professionally and in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a company-wide rebrand, coordinating the rollout across marketing collateral, templates, digital channels, communications, merchandise and events.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement new brand guidelines and ensure consistency across relevant channels and touchpoints.
- Support the planning and delivery of flagship events, including event concepts, guest management, registrations, budgets, invitations, communications, collateral and logistics.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and the wider Marketing team to ensure events meet business and client objectives.
- Support the creation and delivery of regular and ad hoc client communications, including monthly and quarterly communications.
- Coordinate content, reviews and approvals with stakeholders to ensure communications are timely, accurate, engaging and aligned with the brand and tone of voice.
- Support a broad range of marketing projects and campaigns, working across different channels and audiences in response to business priorities.

Experience & Skills Required

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar generalist marketing role.
- Experience across a combination of events, communications, copywriting and project management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, enthusiastic and solutions-focused approach.
- Comfortable working as part of a team while also taking ownership and leading projects independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience within financial services, wealth management or a professional services environment would be advantageous.
