Marketing Manager for Graduation Services

We are recruiting for a long-established and highly respected organisation looking to recruit an exceptional Marketing Manager for their Graduation Services.

Responsible for developing and delivering the marketing strategy for Graduation Services, strengthening our position as the UK's leading Graduation Experience Partner. The role leads brand, communications, content, and market insight, ensuring universities, graduates, and stakeholders understand the full value of our integrated proposition.

Working closely with the Commercial Director, Head of Events & Experience, and Bid Manager, the Marketing Manager supports client retention, account growth, product innovation, and new business opportunities through effective marketing, compelling communications, and market-leading thought leadership.

  • Develop and deliver the marketing strategy for Graduation Services.
  • Strengthen the position as the UK's leading Graduation Experience Partner.
  • Lead brand, communications, content, and market insight.
  • Ensure universities, graduates, and stakeholders understand the full value of the integrated proposition.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar marketing role, with a proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience of both B2B and B2C marketing, ideally within experiential events, hospitality, higher education, or another service-led environment.
  • Degree or professional marketing qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, market positioning, communications, and campaign planning.
  • Experience marketing complex service propositions, products, or digital solutions.
  • Excellent content planning, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing digital marketing, websites, social media, email marketing, and campaigns.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align marketing activity to business growth, client retention, and product adoption.
  • Experience using marketing analytics and customer insight to measure performance and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing people, agencies, and external suppliers.
  • Experience repositioning a brand or organisation and communicating a broader customer value proposition would be highly advantageous.

Based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire, this role is flexible and involves some home working as well as UK travel to other UK sites/locations.
