Set on the banks of the River Avon in the beautiful Roman city of Bath and within walking distance to all the city's sites and attractions.

We are looking for a creative, energetic and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join the team at DoubleTree by Hilton Bath, with a key focus on driving the profile, awareness and success of our hotel and our exciting Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen & Bar.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional who loves hospitality, understands what makes great content and knows how to turn social media engagement into genuine business results.

What We Offer

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: 32 hours (4 days per week)

What You'll Be Doing.....

You will take ownership of the hotel's marketing activity, developing creative campaigns and compelling content that brings our hotel, restaurant and guest experiences to life.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Developing and delivering the hotel's annual marketing and communications strategy
  • Creating engaging and innovative content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Managing and growing our social media presence, increasing reach, engagement and followers
  • Creating high-quality photography, video, reels, stories and other social-first content
  • Developing creative campaigns to promote Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, hotel dining, bedrooms, meetings, events, weddings and seasonal experiences
  • Working closely with the Food & Beverage, Rooms, Sales and Events teams to identify marketing opportunities
  • Supporting the launch and ongoing brand positioning of Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen & Bar within the Bath market
  • Managing the hotel's website content, digital listings and online presence
  • Planning and managing the social media content calendar
  • Monitoring analytics and using data to continually improve campaign performance
  • Building relationships with local influencers, content creators, media and tourism partners
  • Supporting PR activity, local partnerships and promotional campaigns
  • Ensuring all marketing activity is aligned with Hilton and Gordon Ramsay brand standards
  • Managing marketing budgets and ensuring activity delivers strong commercial return

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is creative by nature, commercially aware and confident in their ability to make things happen.

You'll Ideally Have

  • Previous marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, lifestyle, retail or leisure
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • A genuine passion for creating engaging social media content
  • Excellent photography and video content skills, with the ability to create social-first content independently
  • A strong understanding of current social media trends and what makes content perform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong creative flair and an eye for visual detail
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery
  • An understanding of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing and website management
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing activity drives revenue and brand awareness
  • The confidence to work independently while collaborating with a wide range of departments and stakeholders
