Marketing Lead | Strategic Communications Consultancy | London | £70,000
A Marketing Lead is required to join a well-established, independent strategic communications consultancy in London.
Marketing leaders: if you enjoy building strategy and getting hands-on with delivery, this could be a fantastic opportunity. This is a genuinely varied role where you'll own the firm's marketing strategy while also acting as a trusted adviser on client marketing and digital communications projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and delivering the annual marketing strategy and calendar
- Leading integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, display, content, and email
- Driving thought leadership, PR, awards, and content initiatives
- Managing events and measuring ROI
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to turn ideas into commercially successful campaigns
- Advising clients on marketing and digital communications projects

We're looking for someone who:
- Has 7–10 years' marketing experience in a senior, hands-on role
- Comes from a professional services, PR, or communications consultancy background
- Is confident across the full digital marketing mix - not just strategy, but delivery too
- Has experience making modest budgets deliver maximum impact
- Is commercially minded and comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and clients
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you'll have real influence

This is a Hybrid role based in Central London (3 days per week), paying up to £70,000. This isn't the right role for someone from a large corporate marketing team who specializes in one discipline. It will suit someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up, wearing multiple hats, and making a visible impact in a growing consultancy.
