Marketing Manager - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic UK team for a 9 month fixed term contract! Working as a part of the Marketing Department you will be driving the future growth of the William Grant & Son’s UK portfolio. Responsible for creating and executing marketing programs that resonate with UK consumers to deliver long-term brand equity and sustainable market share growth, you’ll have a growth mindset and want to be challenged in a role that has a high degree of ownership and on a brand that has an exciting growth agenda. This is a hybrid working role based out of our Hook office at least 4 days a week.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of brand plans that drive growth across the UK.
- Work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure local strategy and activations are insight-led, creatively impactful, and commercially effective.
- Manage cross-functional projects, drive channel execution, and evaluate performance.
- Gain access to leading training, tools, and events to stay at the forefront of the drinks industry.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Confident, creative, senior marketer with a sharp commercial mind.
- Experience in building iconic brands leveraging a challenger mindset.
- Strong experience in FMCG or drinks, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing creative flair with disciplined execution.
- Experience in managing agency partners, internal stakeholders, and global brand owners to a high standard.
