We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Integrated Marketing & Communications team in London. Focusing on Large Corporate market, this role leads the implementation and execution of account planning to advance relationships with priority clients and targets, evaluates and shapes client experience and key account management initiatives, and ensures the consistent delivery of Voice of the Client (VoC) insights to inform relationship development, work winning and service improvement alongside the fee earner group.
The large corporate BD manager will lead the firm’s approach to large corporate targets, supporting the Large Corporate Channel Leader, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach to strategic account development. They will work closely with our industry and service line teams where needed, to deliver a coordinated and best practice approach to relationship development with our largest clients and targets.
You will make an impact by
- Working closely with the Large Corporate Channel Leader to shape and deliver the channel strategy, aligning to the firm’s growth ambition
- Owning account segmentation and tiering for large corporate accounts, ensuring focus on priority clients and targets
- Developing and executing key account plans for priority clients and targets and leading a small number of the most strategic account plans, supporting senior relationship owners, ensuring regular direct dialogue with the client/target
- Support the Channel Leader on targeted external positioning where strategically important (e.g. regulators, governance bodies, flagship events)
- Working with the Channel Leader to track and report on performance across Large Corporate activity

- Experience in strategic account management, business development or client growth in a complex professional service or B2B environment
- A strong commercial mindset, with evidence of supporting pipeline growth, revenue delivery, and complex opportunities
- Confidence working with senior clients and stakeholders, with the judgement and credibility expected at Manager level
- Ability to turn market, client and relationship insight into focused plans, propositions and commercial action
- Strong influencing, facilitation and project management skills, with the ability to align teams around shared priorities
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to shape content, bid messaging and senior-level insight
- Experience shaping pursuit strategy, win themes, client propositions and pitch content for complex opportunities
- A collaborative, proactive and organised approach, with resilience to maintain momentum across high-value accounts
