Marketing Manager, Launch & Lifecycle International
Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company pioneering “Liveable Technology” to transform diabetes care. We’re hiring a Launch & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help accelerate key initiatives and deliver breakthrough, user-centric solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As the portfolio grows, international markets need stronger lifecycle leadership to manage product updates, customer migrations, product transitions and retirement programs in a way that is clear, consistent and commercially effective.
The Launch & Lifecycle Manager will play a pivotal role in connecting Global Franchise, International Marketing and local country teams to deliver seamless lifecycle experiences across HCP and DTC channels outside the USA. This role owns the marketing strategy, communication planning and execution approach for key product lifecycle moments, including new platform adoption, product upgrades, customer migrations, portfolio transitions and lifecycle communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead customer migration and transition programs that accelerate adoption of new Omnipod platforms and technologies while ensuring a seamless experience for customers, healthcare professionals and market.
- Develop lifecycle communication strategies, messaging frameworks and market deployment plans to support product updates, portfolio transitions and other critical customer communications.
- Translate portfolio decisions into practical international deployment plans, including market sequencing, messaging, readiness needs and risk mitigation.
- Create repeatable playbooks for lifecycle communications, product notifications and market activation of product changes.
- Partner with Launch Excellence colleagues to ensure clean handover from launch readiness into ongoing lifecycle management.
- Define governance, milestones and decision points for major portfolio transition programs, including OTA communications, product lifecycle communications, customer migration initiatives and platform transition strategies.
- Develop clear HCP and DTC communication plans that help customers, healthcare providers and country teams navigate product changes with confidence.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, timing and execution across international touchpoints, while enabling local adaptation where needed.
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with global, regional and local teams to align lifecycle plans, gather feedback and resolve execution gaps.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; concentration in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare or another regulated industry preferred.
- Experience in product marketing, commercialization, launch management, lifecycle management, PMO or customer migration programs.
- Experience working in regional, international or global teams.
- Experience developing communications or commercial materials in a regulated environment.
Note:
- Hybrid role based in one of Insulet's European office locations, including London (Hammersmith), Netherlands, Germany or Spain.
- Periodic regional travel will be required, including key market meetings, trade shows or conferences, in-market sales meetings and research activities.
- Travel is estimated at up to 25% but will flex depending on business needs.
