Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, leading the strategy and day-to-day delivery of integrated campaigns across a portfolio of new international exhibitions and conferences.
Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager, you’ll deliver omni-channel campaigns that build awareness, grow engaged audiences, generate interest in exhibition space and sponsorship, drive visitor registrations and support customer satisfaction.
We’re looking for someone with experience launching new products, exhibitions or events who can identify and develop new audiences and deliver effective lead-generation and nurturing campaigns — ideally on an international scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and execute detailed multi-channel marketing campaigns for FESPA launch products to support business objectives within required timelines
- Construct and manage the respective product marketing budgets
- To be the lead marketer across multiple events, managing end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, copy and creative production, implementation and performance tracking
- Liaise with external agents, overseeing the quality of their work to ensure ROI targets are achieved, reporting accordingly via agreed KPI’s
- Advise internal colleagues of the most appropriate target audience and marketing mix for their initiatives, supporting them to achieve their desired outcome
- Copywriting of materials, approval and proofreading of outward communications ensuring key messages are targeted and consistent, and sit within brand guidelines
- Understand our industry and create compelling marketing messages and value propositions for each target audience to effectively drive registrations and attendance
- Produce and report on analytical insights and attribution for on and offline marketing. Monitor and optimise campaign performance of all marketing channels, inclusive of ROI, in real-time and post-event
- Responsible for following company policies, procedures and for seeking to drive continual improvement in sustainability performance where possible
- Engagement with ISO 20121 to satisfy the requirements of ISO 20121 Clauses 7.2 Competence and 7.3 Awareness

Experience
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on product launches at exhibitions or large-scale events.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong experience delivering multi-channel campaigns using website platforms, email marketing and CRM systems.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

You’ll be a business-oriented, highly organised marketer with strong campaign management skills. You’ll be confident managing multiple projects, building collaborative relationships and taking ownership from planning through to post-campaign reporting.
About the role
This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours across five days. We offer hybrid working, with three days per week based at our headquarters in Dorking, Surrey.
