Marketing Manager – International Licensing & Partnerships
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants has grown into one of the world's leading restaurant groups, renowned for exceptional food, outstanding service and unforgettable guest experiences. As the international portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking talented and ambitious Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Team based at our Head Office in London.
Based in the UK, this role will be responsible for supporting and overseeing the marketing execution, brand consistency and commercial success of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants' licensed restaurant portfolio globally.
Acting as the key link between the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants marketing team and our international licensing partners, you will ensure all licensed restaurants have access to best-in-class marketing tools, brand assets, frameworks and guidance that enable them to successfully bring our brands to life within their local markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and collaborative marketer who is passionate about brand management, stakeholder engagement and driving marketing excellence across a growing global portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as the primary marketing contact for licensed restaurant partners globally, building strong and collaborative relationships.
- Develop, maintain and continuously evolve comprehensive brand guidelines, marketing toolkits and partner playbooks across the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants portfolio.
- Build partner marketing plans based on core brand activity calendars, ensuring local activation aligns with global brand strategy and objectives.
- Create and manage partner marketing packs, campaign assets and launch frameworks to support new openings, seasonal campaigns and ongoing promotional activity.
- Ensure all licensed restaurants adhere to brand standards, visual identity guidelines and marketing best practice across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee the distribution and management of marketing assets, imagery, creative templates and brand resources through organised and accessible platforms.
- Provide strategic marketing support and recommendations to partners, helping them maximise brand awareness, guest engagement and commercial performance within their respective markets.
- Work closely with internal Brand, Content, Social, Digital and Creative teams to develop globally relevant tools and campaigns that can be effectively adapted for local markets.
- Share insights, success stories and best-practice examples across regions to drive consistency and continuous improvement throughout the licensed estate.
- Support the onboarding process for new licensed partners, ensuring successful implementation of brand standards and marketing frameworks from day one.
- Review and approve partner marketing activity, creative materials and local campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives and brand standards.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of International Marketing on partner activity, key opportunities, challenges, campaign performance and emerging market insights.
- Monitor relevant market trends, competitor activity, consumer behaviour and partner performance to identify opportunities for innovation, growth and improved marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders across multiple international markets, balancing global brand consistency with local market relevance.
- Attend photography and video shoots where required to support licensed restaurant marketing activity and content creation. Occasional international travel may be required.

About You:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality, retail, franchising, licensed brands or other consumer-focused businesses.
- Experience managing multiple brands, locations or partner relationships across different markets.
- Strong understanding of brand management and the importance of maintaining consistency across a global portfolio.
- Experience developing marketing toolkits, brand guidelines, campaign frameworks or operational marketing resources.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence across diverse internal and external audiences.
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Commercially aware with the ability to balance brand excellence and business objectives.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple projects and international time zones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas, influencing stakeholders and recommending best practices.
- Experience within licensed, franchise or partnership-led business models would be highly advantageous.
- Willing to be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of an international business
