Are you a creative, commercially minded marketer with a passion for hospitality? Do you enjoy turning great ideas into campaigns that build awareness, drive demand and deliver results?

We’re looking for a London Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activity in London and play an important role within the wider Kingfisher Commercial team.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of marketing plans and campaigns, working closely with hotel General Managers, Sales, Revenue and Commercial teams.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Developing and delivering creative, commercially focused marketing campaigns.
  • Leading activity across digital, social media, content, PR and partnerships.
  • Creating compelling campaigns and content for hotels, F&B, meetings, events and leisure.
  • Managing website content, social channels and digital activity.
  • Building relationships with media, influencers, local businesses and partners.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase awareness, demand and revenue.
  • Managing agencies and external partners where required.
  • Using data and insight to measure performance and improve results.
  • Supporting wider marketing projects across the Kingfisher hotel portfolio.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Creative, energetic and commercially focused.
  • Experienced in multi-channel marketing, particularly digital, social, content and PR.
  • Confident managing campaigns from idea through to delivery.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Proactive, with the ability to spot opportunities and bring new ideas.
  • Experienced in hospitality, hotels, travel, leisure, lifestyle or F&B is highly desirable.
  • Ideally with 4+ years' marketing experience at Marketing Manager or equivalent level.
