Role Overview

This is a broad growth marketing role spanning brand and growth. You’ll turn priorities into action, manage programmes end to end and work across channels, creative, customer journeys and post-click experiences as required. We value pace, ownership and practical problem-solving. You should be comfortable getting into the detail, launching tests, measuring performance and deciding what to improve, stop or scale based on commercial impact and performance against agreed KPIs.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Experience)

  • Plan and execute integrated brand, top-of-funnel acquisition and retention programmes in partnership with the CMO, taking initiatives from brief through launch, measurement and iteration.
  • Grow brand awareness and share of voice through non-paid activity, including content marketing, organic social, PR, influencer marketing, partnerships and other relevant brand initiatives.
  • With the CMO, evolve Glite’s brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent execution across campaigns, channels, customer communications and product touchpoints.
  • Manage and grow social media channels, developing an editorial and testing plan for content, formats, audiences and distribution.
  • Build and run influencer and creator programmes, including sourcing, outreach, briefing, campaign delivery, relationship management, tracking and performance evaluation.
  • Own and improve lifecycle activity across CRM, email marketing, onboarding, customer journeys and retention campaigns, strengthening engagement and long-term customer value while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Use audience, customer and competitor insights to identify top-of-funnel opportunities, shape messaging and inform campaign and content priorities.
  • Support creative production and manage the marketing production pipeline, coordinating effectively with agency, freelance and PR partners to keep delivery on track.
  • Define and report on KPIs across brand, acquisition and retention, including reach, share of voice, brand awareness, customer acquisition cost, conversion, engagement, retention and lifetime value.
  • Use AI tools, automation and connected workflows to improve the speed, quality and scalability of marketing execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
