Mode Search Marketing Manager Opportunity
Mode Search is supporting a luxury womenswear brand with the search for an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of marketing activity across the business. This is a broad, commercially focused position spanning brand, retail, wholesale and digital marketing, with responsibility for developing integrated campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, deepen client engagement and support commercial growth.
Based in London, this is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working set-up of four days in the office and one day working remotely. The role reports directly to the Marketing & Communications Director and will also oversee junior marketing support.
The Role
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing activity across retail, wholesale, brand and digital channels, ensuring campaigns support both brand positioning and commercial objectives.
- Develop and deliver global retail and wholesale marketing initiatives, including store activations, pop-ups, trunk shows, private client experiences, launches and collaborative activity with key retail partners.
- Manage the annual marketing calendar and coordinate seasonal campaigns, Fashion Week activity, brand partnerships and key commercial moments across internal teams.
- Oversee marketing budgets, forecasting and supplier management, while monitoring campaign effectiveness, customer engagement and ROI to optimise future investment.
- Work closely with Creative, PR, E-commerce and Retail teams to deliver high-quality campaign assets and consistent brand experiences across digital, CRM, retail, wholesale and communications touchpoints.

Requirements
- Proven marketing experience within luxury fashion, luxury lifestyle or premium retail, with a strong understanding of the luxury customer journey.
- Demonstrable experience delivering integrated 360° marketing campaigns across retail, wholesale, digital and CRM channels.
- Strong background in retail and wholesale marketing, including global activations, events, launches, client experiences and partnership activity.
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets, forecasting, suppliers and campaign performance, with the ability to balance brand objectives with measurable commercial results.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively with senior leadership, creative teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
