Creative Marketing Executive/Manager

Location

Office-based, Waterlooville

Reporting to

Head of Commercial / Senior Leadership

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting the marketing activities of a growing multi-brand business. You will play a key role in delivering marketing across multiple channels, working closely with internal teams to support business growth and sales activity. This is not an agency management role. You will be responsible for designing, producing, updating, and distributing marketing assets yourself across both digital and print channels, while coordinating with external suppliers when required.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design (Multi-Brand)

  • Design and maintain brochures, datasheets, and printed literature
  • Create digital assets including website banners, icons, infographics, and visuals
  • Produce social media graphics and short-form video content for different channels and audiences
  • Edit video content for marketing and social use
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed and applied consistently across multiple brands

Content & Channels

  • Update website content including blogs, landing pages, and campaign assets
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content
  • Support email marketing campaigns with creative assets and copy
  • Help plan and maintain content calendars across brands

Organisation & Delivery

  • Manage and maintain marketing assets, ensuring everything is current, accurate, and well-organised
  • Manage marketing material stock levels and coordinate reorders where required
  • Work with printers and promotional suppliers, sourcing quotes and recommending cost-effective solutions
  • Manage deadlines and priorities across multiple projects

Reporting & Improvement

  • Track performance metrics such as social engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and lead generation
  • Produce clear, simple performance reports for stakeholders
  • Use insights and data to improve campaign performance and content effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong graphic design experience across both digital and print
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools
  • Experience managing multiple brands or projects simultaneously
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially aware with the ability to balance creativity with practicality and budgets
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
