About the Company
Our client is an established UK mobility services organisation seeking a Marketing Manager to join its Customer Marketing team.
About the Role
This role will lead the end-to-end planning, development, delivery and optimisation of email and SMS communications across the customer lifecycle. Key areas include prospect conversion, onboarding, ongoing engagement, renewals and customer advocacy. The successful candidate will combine strong marketing expertise with technical capability, using customer data, segmentation and automation to deliver personalised and measurable communications. They will also play an important role in a major digital transformation programme focused on improving customer communications, automation and personalisation.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver email and SMS contact strategies across the customer lifecycle.
- Plan, build, test, schedule and deploy customer marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery and continued development of core customer email and SMS communications.
- Create and maintain customer audiences using SQL queries, data extensions and segmentation logic.
- Develop automated customer journeys and personalised communications.
- Use customer data and behavioural insights to improve targeting, relevance and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and apply insights to optimise future communications.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and with measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Product and Technology.
- Support improvements to automation, personalisation and customer communication capabilities.
- Contribute to the delivery of a wider digital transformation programme.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in email and SMS marketing.
- Experience managing campaigns from planning and build through to testing, deployment and optimisation.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience creating and managing customer audiences using segmentation, data extensions and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of automated customer journeys and personalised communications.
- Ability to use customer data and campaign insights to improve performance.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver campaigns within agreed timescales.
