Hiring: Marketing Manager – Home Entertainment
Location: London
Contract: Maternity Cover
Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead product marketing and strategic planning across Home Entertainment and Digital formats, with a focus on TV, Kids, and Made-for-Video content across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product lifecycle, release, and marketing strategies across TV, Kids, and MFV content.
- Lead promotional planning and identify opportunities to drive sales and growth.
- Collaborate with international licensees, agents, regional teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, budgets, promotional spend, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations on digital merchandising, content positioning, and consumer marketing.
- Coordinate creative assets, localisation, release planning, and product delivery.
- Analyse sales and marketing performance and share insights and best practices.
- Develop presentations, pitch documents, and strategic recommendations for clients and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:
- University graduate with 3–5 years of product management experience in Home Entertainment.
- Experience across physical and digital formats; New Release experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and passion for the film and TV industry.
- Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- International or multinational experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
