Charlotte James Furniture is looking for a creative, self-sufficient Marketing Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave, starting 1st September. This part-time role (14 hrs/week) covers social media, PR, advertising, and email — perfect for someone with a genuine passion for interior design who can run our marketing independently.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Planning and creating social content (Instagram, Pinterest) with an editorial feel
  • Building press relationships and pitching stories/collections to interiors media
  • Managing paid social and Google Ads within budget
  • Writing and scheduling email campaigns that feel personal, not generic
  • Keeping our brand voice consistent across every channel

  • Proven experience across social, PR, advertising, and email — ideally in interiors, homeware, or a design-led brand
  • A real interest in interior design and styling
  • Confidence working independently
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and paid ads platforms
