The purpose of Marketing Manager role is to enable us to become a leading wellbeing drinks brand through setting an inspiring strategic vision for Twinings Targeted Health, clearly identifying growth spaces for Twinings with a clear line of sight to our overall brand purpose - executing with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership & execution of a winning growth strategy for Targeted Health, rooted in valuable & meaningful insight, which is strongly embedded within the UK&I business
- Lead the development of the Targeted Health vision, priorities and targets which are aligned to the business goals, and founded in robust and commercially compelling insights, working closely with Marketing Controller
- Execute with excellence Horizon 1 projects (12-18months plans) through inspiring the team to aim high & working collaboratively with cross functional team. To develop a future facing growth plan & ensure we are set up for success in Horizon 2 delivery
- Inspire & grow the Targeted Health team, providing clarity on key deliverables with a strong focus on team development which is rooted in thrive principles
- Identify role innovation plays within Targeted Health and identify key opportunities to drive growth through reaching more consumers across more occasions and needs
- Work closely with Sales and Category Management to lead the incorporation of customer and shopper strategies and segmentation into the development of brand strategy.
- Work closely with MS&P to understand the key drivers behind portfolio performance and adjust promotional and pricing strategy accordingly
