As Marketing Manager (m/f/d) based in Augsburg or London
As Marketing Manager (m/f/d) based in Augsburg or London, you will play a key role in strengthening our brand, positioning PATRIZIA as an employer of choice, and delivering a modern, data-driven marketing strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sustainable employer branding strategy to strengthen PATRIZIA’s employer brand nationally and internationally and position the company as an employer of choice across all relevant channels
- Create targeted content tailored to the audiences for both digital and traditional communication channels, while ensuring a consistent brand presence
- Support the delivery of brand, communications, and campaign projects at both national and international level
- Analyse market, competitor, and audience trends, derive actionable recommendations, and drive their implementation
- Define relevant KPIs, assess the performance of our activities, and continuously optimise campaigns based on data and insights
- Independently coordinate and manage agencies, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage and further develop our marketing and communications platforms
- Identify innovative marketing approaches and use modern AI tools to optimise processes and campaigns
- Use generative AI as a strategic sparring partner for strategy development, content creation, idea generation, and efficiency improvements
- Continuously monitor emerging technologies and AI-driven innovations, assessing their potential to enhance PATRIZIA’s marketing activities

What We Look For
- Successfully completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in Marketing and/or Employer Branding
- Broad marketing expertise with a generalist mindset and experience across the full marketing value chain
- Strategic thinking combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-oriented approach
- Proven experience in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong affinity for digital technologies and hands-on experience with AI tools in a marketing environment
- Structured, independent, and data-driven working style
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong team player with professional proficiency in German and English
