Marketing Manager
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our award-winning team on a permanent basis. You'll own Arke's own marketing, with three priorities: generating new business leads, building our brand and positioning, and raising our profile through PR, provider partnerships, thought leadership and awards.
You'll work closely with our Paid Media and SEO leads to make sure Arke's own marketing follows the best practice we deliver for clients, and keeps improving quarter on quarter. You'll run lead management in HubSpot and outbound LinkedIn and email campaigns in Lemlist, and you'll be accountable for the pipeline that marketing creates.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Build upon and run Arke's existing lead generation strategy, with clear targets for marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads and pipeline value agreed with the senior management team.
- Own HubSpot as our system for lead management: lead capture, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, nurture workflows, and a clean hand-off to the new business team.
- Plan and run LinkedIn and email outreach in Lemlist, including audience and target account lists, sequence copy, personalisation, A/B testing and deliverability.
- Create and promote lead magnets and conversion content, such as guides, audits, case studies and landing pages, that turn website and social traffic into enquiries.
- Plan, promote and run Arke-hosted webinars and events that generate new business leads and keep existing clients engaged.
- Maintain Arke's profiles on agency listing and review platforms with current case studies, awards and client testimonials to improve rankings and enquiries.
Brand & Positioning
- Own Arke's brand and positioning, making sure our messaging, proposition and visual identity are consistent across the website, social channels, sales materials, pitches and events.
- Refine and document our value proposition, service messaging and target audiences, working with leadership so the positioning reflects where the business is heading.
- Run Arke's own social channels, particularly LinkedIn, and support senior leaders to build their personal profiles and share thought leadership.
- Manage the creation of SEO- and UX-focused content for the Arke website that builds visibility and attracts qualified leads.
- Represent Arke at industry events as a brand ambassador.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Develop partnerships with industry bodies (for example DAN and IPA), securing opportunities for awards, accreditations, speaking slots, events and joint initiatives.
Working with Paid Media and SEO
- Work with the Paid Media lead to plan, brief and review Arke's own paid campaigns, making sure targeting, creative, tracking and budgets follow best practice.
- Work with the SEO lead on Arke's organic strategy, including technical priorities, content plans and search visibility.
- Run a regular review with both leads to share results, agree next tests and make sure each channel is improving on the last period in line with agreed KPIs.
- Keep up with changes in platforms, search and outreach tools, and bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
Reporting & Performance
- Set up and maintain reporting in HubSpot that tracks leads, conversion rates, pipeline and revenue by source and campaign.

- HubSpot as a trusted single source of truth for leads, with clear attribution by channel.

- A clear, consistent brand and proposition that the whole team can explain.
Skills and Experience

- Experience of PR and awards, including writing press releases and award submissions.
- Excellent technical and story-telling writing skills, which brings personality to the brand and a strong eye for brand consistency.
- A solid understanding of paid media and SEO, enough to challenge and collaborate with specialists.
- Comfortable with data, and able to turn numbers into clear decisions.
