Who We Are
At Haute Dolci, we don't just create desserts; we craft experiences. With a growing international presence and ambitious plans ahead, we're looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to help take our brand into its next chapter. This isn't about keeping things ticking over. It's about bold storytelling, standout campaigns, and growth you can measure.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll own the day-to-day running of Haute Dolci's marketing and turn brand strategy into campaigns that get people through the door. Working closely with the leadership team, operations, and our franchise partners, you'll be the go-to person for everything marketing, making sure our brand looks, sounds, and feels right in every market and every store.
Reasons to use Rodeo
Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
