An exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager

Lead and deliver a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy within a growing B2B organisation based in Leeds. This role combines strategic planning, demand generation, brand development, and team leadership to support ambitious commercial growth objectives.

Our client is a successful and growing organisation operating within a technical, specification-led industry. With ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation in its market, the business is seeking an experienced marketing professional to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple sectors.

Description

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned to business growth objectives and commercial targets.
  • Manage the marketing budget, track ROI and report on campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.
  • Create and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email marketing, advertising, and events.
  • Own the development of marketing collateral, website performance, SEO initiatives, and content strategy.
  • Build and optimise lead generation activities, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to the sales function.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop marketing team capability while championing marketing initiatives across the wider business.

Profile

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within a B2B, technical, manufacturing, or construction-related environment.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and delivering marketing strategies that support commercial growth.
  • Strong experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead generation best practices.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex products or services into compelling customer-focused messaging.
  • Experience managing budgets, multiple stakeholders, and external agency relationships.
  • A proactive, commercially minded, and data-driven marketing professional with strong leadership and organisational skills.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on the level of experience (with potential for up to £60,000 for the right candidate).
  • Hybrid working arrangement offering flexibility with a maximum of 3 days onsite.
  • Permanent position with opportunities for growth.
