As we continue to expand our retirement living and aged care footprint nationally, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager - New Developments & Growth to lead the marketing strategy, positioning and launch of new communities that will make a lasting impact on the lives of older Australians.
We are looking for a commercially savvy marketing leader to drive the strategy, positioning and launch of new retirement living and aged care projects across Australia. This role leads some of our most important growth initiatives, helping transform development opportunities into thriving communities where older Australians can live with connection, purpose and choice
About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that support BaptistCare's growth agenda across new retirement living, residential aged care and redevelopment projects nationally.
Working closely with Property & Development, Project Sales, Operations and executive stakeholders, you will bring projects to market from feasibility and positioning through to launch, sales conversion and occupancy
You will:
- Develop and execute integrated project marketing strategies
- Drive enquiry generation, lead nurturing and occupancy outcomes
- Lead multi channel campaigns across digital, CRM, content, media and events
- Partner with development and sales teams on go-to-market strategies
- Manage agencies, suppliers and project marketing budgets
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver commercial insights
- Influence senior stakeholders across complex, cross functional projects
- Lead multiple concurrent development projects at varying stages of delivery

About You
You are a strategic thinker who understands both brand and commercial performance. You know how to position developments in competitive markets, convert interest into qualified leads and partner effectively with sales and project teams to deliver occupancy outcomes.
Most importantly, you are motivated by purpose and want your marketing expertise to contribute to positive outcomes for communities across Australia.
You will bring:
- Proven success marketing new developments and large-scale development projects within retirement living, seniors living, aged care, residential property or a comparable sector
- Experience developing integrated campaigns that drive enquiries and support sales conversion
- Experience across paid media, digital marketing, content, CRM, marketing automation and lead nurture programs
- Experience influencing stakeholders across complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Budget management and agency leadership experience
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and long-consideration purchase journeys
- The ability to navigate multiple concurrent developments and competing priorities
