Marketing Manager
Location: Essex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, full time
The Company
Our client is a respected, design-led housebuilder based in Essex. They're known for thoughtfully designed homes and high-quality developments.
The Role
We're looking for a property marketing professional to join and take ownership of marketing across the company's developments. This is a hands-on role for someone equally confident running data-driven digital campaigns and delivering the traditional housebuilder marketing that brings a development to life, from the show home to the site signage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver marketing strategies for each development, covering portals, PPC, SEO, social media, press, outdoor and PR
- Review campaign analytics with the Sales Manager to track lead quality, visitor data and return on spend
- Oversee the company website and portal listings, keeping content accurate, current and compliant
- Lead the marketing side of new launches, including pre-launch comms to build a strong database
- Manage show homes, marketing suites, signage and estate agent displays to company standards
- Brief and coordinate external creative, digital, PR and signage agencies
- Manage marketing budgets and make sure spend is targeted and effective
- Support the land team with market and locality research when appraising new sites
- Coordinate events, award entries and customer upgrade options

About You

- Proven marketing experience within property, ideally new homes or housebuilding
- Strong digital marketing skills across PPC, SEO, social media and portals
- Analytical, and comfortable using data to guide decisions and report on performance
- A solid grasp of traditional housebuilder marketing, including site presentation, show homes and launches
- Commercially minded, with a focus on hitting sales targets
- An excellent communicator and copywriter with a sharp eye for detail
- Self-motivated, creative and a team player
