Role reports to:

Squad Director Smoking Cessation Northern Europe

What you will do

  • Drive growth of the Nicorette brand across the UK.
  • Full accountability for delivering the full P&L in the year and sharing targets, shaping the UK 3 year operating plan; inputting into innovation, digital and ecommerce strategy and deploying the strategy driven by the NICORETTE Global Task force.
  • Work closely with the Global Task Force Team and be a key advisor on local innovation, digital and ecommerce needs and sharing local insights, actively influencing the global strategy, toolkits and communication assets.
  • Lead and execute the local digital strategy, working closely with the Global Taskforce on our website, app and behavioural science solutions.
  • Be the Brand Lead for the UK E-Commerce Channel and be responsible for leading the E-Commerce Channel Strategy for Nicorette including Media, Portfolio, Content and Customer Partnerships.
  • Lead local innovation business-case sizing, consolidating opportunities across markets to provide a Northern Europe view.
  • Be responsible for scoping local white space opportunities.
  • Support commercial partners on the local Portfolio strategy.
  • Partner and execute Healthy Lives Mission & Sustainability initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in execution for Nicorette in UK (including integrated business planning, media and data-driven marketing, digital shelf, revenue growth management and joint business planning with customers).
  • Collaborate with local Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chains, and Finance teams to address challenges, drive opportunities and build differentiated plans to unlock category growth with ecommerce and white space retail partners.
  • Use analytical skills to shape and size commercial and innovation opportunities.
  • Develop and coach a direct team of three; driving energy, engagement and business impact.

Experience Required

  • Preferably experienced at the Marketing Manager (PG30) level, with a strong track record of performance & exceptional leadership & influence skills.
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience and brand management experience in an FMCG environment.
  • E-Commerce Experience & knowledge of E-Commerce/ Retail media.
  • People management experience essential, responsible for coaching and developing teams.
  • Experience developing, adapting, and activating content and communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, data-driven marketing, and a deep understanding of customer, retailer requirements.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L development.
