Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Business Partner to join our BPS Division within the Paragon Group. This role is required to support the growth objectives of the BPS division by delivering targeted marketing activity that generates sales opportunities, strengthens market positioning, and increases brand awareness.
The position will also play a critical role in the integration and rebranding of Parseq into Paragon, ensuring consistent messaging and effective go-to-market execution. We are seeking an experienced individual who can provide dedicated marketing support to drive business growth, enhance sales enablement, and deliver measurable commercial results.
Your Main Duties Would Include:
- Lead end-to-end integrated marketing programmes and campaigns including planning, development, and delivery across off and online channels to generate sales pipeline opportunities focused on targeted growth propositions
- Establish Paragon as a leader in business process services within outsourced services through brand positioning and messaging that plays directly back to client need
- Produce issues-led and insightful thought leadership such as whitepapers that elevates the Paragon brand whilst arming sales and client teams with content that opens client opportunities
- Play an integral role in rebranding the Parseq business, proposition, and identity into the Paragon brand following acquisition in 2026
- Own content creation across all channels including idea generation and drafting for thought leadership, social media, website, collateral, blogs, brochures, case studies, and presentations
- Have a major contribution and representation of BPS on a new website for the outsourced services division
- Plan and manage all events including exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and roundtables as part of campaign delivery that reaches the target audience
- Develop and secure industry awards for BPS that underpins growth propositions and provides market credibility
- Support sales enablement with bids, presentations, evidence, and case studies so they are set up for success
- Build relationships and influence key stakeholders including the BPS management team, projects, analysts, and operations
- Manage relationships with external agencies as part of an extended team
- Work with the central Paragon marketing team to ensure optimisation of marketing activity, deliverables, and spend
- Demonstrate measurable ROI across marketing campaigns and deliverables aligned to sales opportunities and lead generation
