Marketing Manager – Digital Focus

Luxury Watch & Jewellery Boutique | Tunbridge Wells

£40,000–£50,000 | Monday–Friday, On-Site

A well-established luxury watch and jewellery boutique in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function, with a strong emphasis on digital.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who understands how to build brand desirability and drive footfall and online engagement within the luxury retail space. You'll take ownership of the boutique's marketing strategy end-to-end — from digital campaigns and social media to CRM, email marketing and in-store activations — helping to elevate the brand's presence both online and in the local market.

About you

You're a confident, hands-on marketer with a genuine passion for watches, jewellery or luxury lifestyle brands. You have a strong digital skillset — comfortable across social media management, paid and organic digital campaigns, content creation, email/CRM marketing and website management/SEO. You're creative, commercially minded, and equally happy planning strategy as you are executing day-to-day content and campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
