Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Remote, UK

Reporting To: Rachel Hillman - Senior Marketing Manager

Description

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of marketing for assigned ParentPay Group verticals, translating customer and market insight, product go-to-market strategy, and commercial priorities into targeted multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns and events that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline outcomes.

Working closely with the wider Marketing team, Product Marketing and Sales, you will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, develop and nurture strategic marketing partnerships, and plan, manage and deliver a varied programme of industry and owned events, including exhibitions, conferences, networking events, awards, and webinars.

This is a hands-on role where you will be directly responsible for creating high-quality marketing content, including email marketing, event collateral, campaign communications, short and long-form content, thought leadership, and lead generation assets, while also briefing and coordinating specialist teams across graphic design, web, social media, CRM, to bring larger campaign assets and activity to life.

If you are a commercially minded B2B marketer with strong campaign and event management experience who thrives on detail, enjoys creating compelling content, and is motivated by delivering campaigns and events that generate engagement, leads, and commercial impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own assigned vertical campaigns from planning through to execution, optimisation and on-time delivery.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, competitors, sector trends and channel mix to inform coordinated multi-channel campaign plans.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Product Marketing, using audience research, data sourcing and segmentation to support commercial and go-to-market priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry and strategic partners, identifying joint marketing and promotional opportunities.
  • Plan, coordinate and attend relevant industry exhibitions, conferences, networking events and awards, including regular UK travel.
  • Deliver owned events such as webinars and customer or prospect events, coordinating content, promotion, speakers, logistics and follow-up.
  • Create high-quality marketing content across email, web, landing pages, blogs, articles, campaign communications and lead-generation assets.
  • Develop thought leadership content including reports, guides, webinars and downloadable resources.
  • Edit, proofread and create on-brand written and visual content, using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express where required.
  • Plan and deliver targeted email campaigns across acquisition, lead nurture, customer engagement, upsell and cross-sell activity.
  • Collaborate with CRM and Email Marketing teams to ensure effective campaign setup, targeting and delivery.
  • Coordinate activity across web, social and other digital channels to deliver joined-up multi-channel campaigns.
  • Develop clear creative briefs for agencies and internal teams across design, web, social, CRM and events.
  • Manage assets and events from brief to delivery, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, feedback and approvals.
  • Balance hands-on content creation with specialist agency support, maintaining consistency across messaging, creative and brand.
  • Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs and produce clear reports, insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and share campaign learnings and feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimisation.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear updates on marketing activity, performance, priorities and outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
