At Wagamama, food is life 🥢 and we’re here to make every bite count. With over 165 restaurants across the UK (and growing fast) we’ve been dishing up vibrant, fresh Asian inspired flavours since ‘92. It’s all about good food, good vibes, and good company 🍜🔥

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager (Operations Support) to join us🌱 ready to dive in and stir things up.

Purpose

To act as the primary operational engine room for the regional teams, managing day-to-day inbound marketing requests, print logistics, and asset distribution. This role focuses on driving hyper-local footfall, fostering local community/landlord relationships, and driving restaurant self-sufficiency through the ongoing development of the restaurant Sales Driving Toolkit.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own the ongoing development, best-practice curation, and continuous improvement of the restaurant Sales Driving Toolkit to enable efficient, self-serve local execution.
  • Triage and complete marketing requests from GMs; coordinate with creative teams to roll out materials (e.g., shopping centre banners) and manage tracking and reporting.
  • Partner with shopping centre landlords, BIDs, and local councils to unlock high-impact event integrations and drive local community footfall.
  • Manage end-to-end print, production, and distribution workflows to deliver localised POS kits and digital assets to restaurants accurately and on time.
  • Upskill and support restaurant marketing senseis to act as champions and the first point of contact for local GM queries.
  • Maintain project timelines, own the weekly data aggregation for the regional trading update, and manage the "Bowl to Soul" community fund.
  • Utilise Asana for campaign tracking and approvals, assist in localising brand campaigns, and support monthly regional ops updates and restaurant visits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
