Marketing Manager - Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire – Amazing Benefits

We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded, and highly organised Marketing Manager to join the QCS Staffing Marketing team. Reporting directly into the Associate Director of AI, Automation and Marketing, this role will be accountable for the delivery of marketing activity across key business channels, helping to improve performance, maximise supplier value, and strengthen brand visibility across the UK, US, EU, and beyond.

The crucial purpose of this role is to take ownership of key marketing projects, platforms, and supplier relationships, ensuring activity is delivered efficiently, reported clearly, and aligned with wider business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product management, reporting, and usage tracking for key job board and data platforms and seek new job board opportunities that support business development, candidate attraction, and market visibility across core sectors and locations.
  • Produce a monthly marketing report covering key activity, usage, performance, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing team, build and maintain a high-performance culture, and set clear expectations.
  • Contribute to award writing and coordination, ensuring submissions are well planned, evidence-led, and aligned to QCS Staffing’s positioning.
  • Manage global event activity, working with sales leaders to align events to commercial priorities, organise sponsorships, and coordinate supporting video content.
  • Manage the SEO/GEO strategy day to day, working closely with internal and external support.
  • Manage supplier activity, including contract support, renewals, usage monitoring, monthly reporting, and ensure return on investment.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience managing people, supporting junior team members, or coordinating workloads across multiple projects would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within recruitment, staffing, professional services, or another fast-paced B2B and B2C environment.
  • Experience managing marketing platforms, supplier relationships, contracts, renewals, reporting, and usage analysis.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to link marketing activity to business goals.
