About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to take ownership of a well-established consumer brand, leading integrated campaigns across brand, digital, media and product launches. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll drive commercial growth, strengthen brand positioning, and shape marketing strategy within a growing business.

Description
- Develop and deliver brand-focused marketing plans that support commercial growth
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, email and offline channels
- Drive brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation activities
- Manage product launches and go-to-market campaigns from planning through to execution
- Own brand messaging, positioning and creative consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise activity to maximise ROI
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend
- Oversee website content and customer journey improvements to enhance performance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns
- Identify market trends, customer insights and new opportunities for growth
- Produce regular performance reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Champion a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Profile
- Proven experience in brand and digital marketing
- Strong campaign planning and execution skills
- Commercially minded with budget and ROI experience
- Skilled in stakeholder and agency management
- Confident using data and insights to drive decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Experience within retail, ecommerce or consumer brands
- Knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO, GA4 and email marketing
- Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, WordPress or Umbraco preferred
- Proactive, creative and results-driven approach to marketing
