The Advocate Group is exclusively supporting a growing FMCG (Food & Bev) business in the appointment of a commercially driven Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver the UK marketing strategy.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager level candidate to take ownership of a portfolio of brands, combining strategic leadership with hands-on commercial delivery.

The Role

This Marketing Manager is part of the Senior Leadership Team, so you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business influencing brand performance, customer engagement, and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver the UK marketing strategy
  • Lead brand and commercial marketing plans
  • Turn consumer, shopper, market, and category insight into growth opportunities
  • Partner with Commercial teams to drive customer alignment
  • Build strong internal and external relationships
  • Lead, coach, and develop a marketing team
  • Use market and performance data to drive continuous improvement

About You

  • Proven experience at Marketing Manager (or similar) level within Food or Beverages FMCG
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to link marketing activity to business growth
  • Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong executional capability
  • Comfortable influencing at senior level in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing others
  • Matrix experience desirable
