Marketing Manager for Partner Engagement & Advocacy

We are seeking a high-energy Marketing Manager for Partner Engagement & Advocacy to elevate Treatwell’s reputation and physical presence across our network of 95,000+ salons. Reporting to the Marketing Lead B2B, you will take full ownership of two highly ambitious projects designed to build solid brand visibility, salon trust, and drive organic lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • In-Store Visibility: Build, deploy, and scale Treatwell’s physical in-store branding and Welcome Pack experience across 95k+ partners, working with Tech and local Supply teams.
  • B2B Ambassador Program: Design and scale a high-impact B2B Ambassador network across all markets to showcase Treatwell’s value and leverage.
  • Reputation & Competitive Shield: Leverage local visibility and partner advocacy as a core lever to strengthen Treatwell's market reputation and win against local competition.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate seamlessly with Product/Tech teams for technological enablement and local Supply/Sales teams for deployment and salon engagement.

About You

  • Tech & Operations Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Tech Marketing (mandatory). Experience with Supply is a solid plus.
  • Delivery Mindset: An operational rockstar driven by efficiency, high energy, and a relentless urge to turn complex logistics into scalable impact.
  • Project Management Rigor: Highly organized in managing large-scale physical and digital rollouts across 95,000+ touchpoints in multiple international markets.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Alignment: Ability to inspire salon partners, influence field teams, and collaborate effortlessly with central Tech teams.
  • Languages: English fluency is mandatory. Any other European language is a plus.
