About our client
PER is a global private market focused retained search and recruitment company. We have ambitious plans for growth after our successful management buyout in 2025 and are now keen to strengthen our marketing capability with a strategic and commercially minded Marketing Manager who will work closely with our leadership team to position our business for growth.
This role can be based in either London or Munich.
What the job involves
This is a newly created role with a strategic and communications focus. Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will develop and deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand, support business development and enhance our position in the market. Key responsibilities include:

- Translating business objectives into marketing priorities
- Supporting the launch of new products and expansion into new geographies
- Delivering an effective digital and social media strategy
- Acting as guardian of the brand across all external and internal communication
- Developing and managing an effective marketing team, building marketing capability as the business grows

Who we are looking for
- Marketing experience gained in a professional services, executive search, financial services or similar environment
- A strategic focus, and a commitment to execute
- Proven ability to launch new products and services
- Consistent delivery of high-quality verbal, written, formal and informal output
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence in working with and guiding senior management
