My client is a growing consultancy who are looking to add a Marketing Manager - Professional Services to their growing business.
Description
The Marketing Manager - Professional Services will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and delivery of impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for key growth initiatives and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate specialist marketing expertise to deliver high-quality campaigns and content.
- Create compelling, C-suite-focused messaging and campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, advisors, clients, and industry partners.
- Lead and grow industry partnerships to support business objectives.
- Manage a cohesive programme of industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.

Profile
A successful Marketing Manager - Professional Services should have:
- Proven experience in marketing within a professional services firm (legal, accountancy, consultancy) - essential
- Proven success developing and delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong experience in event management, particularly C-suite engagement and relationship building.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling senior-level messaging.
- Confident presenter with strong verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with experience managing agencies and developing engaging content.
- Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing change.

Job Offer
- £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
- Excellent benefits; 28 days holiday, bonus, social activities plus more
- Based Oxfordshire, ideally once a week in the office, however more flexibility could be considered for candidates further away.
