Marketing Manager

Clomana is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to work directly alongside me, the Founder. Experience with a beauty or fashion e-commerce brand is non-negotiable; prior experience working with retailers is preferred. We're after someone fast-thinking, independently confident, and creative... someone who can build and run campaigns, keep our website fresh, work with our graphic designer on email strategy and execution, keep us on target, and grow our retailer relationships through marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and delivering the marketing calendar, identifying key moments and growth opportunities
  • Ideation to executing 360° campaigns across retail, digital, and in-store channels
  • Partnering with PR and social teams to deliver content and opportunity that drives revenue
  • Monitoring sales to ensure we hit targets
  • Creating impactful retailer toolkits, presentations, and campaign assets
  • Supporting our CLOMANOR store to enhance sales
  • Building strong relationships with retailer partners and their marketing teams
  • Monitoring retailer channels to ensure brand consistency and strong online presence
  • Supporting trade shows and key seasonal moments with marketing materials and activations
  • Ensuring the website is up to date and performing well

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, ideally within a premium or luxury beauty brand
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience producing marketing materials such as catalogues, toolkits, and campaign assets
  • A solid understanding of brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across channels
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with marketing, PR, sales, and external partners
  • A proactive, organized, and solutions-focused approach
  • A collaborative, positive mindset, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced team
  • High levels of initiative and ownership in delivering results

Job Details

  • Location: Hybrid. Based in Barrow in Furness. Likely to be 80% remote, 20% in-house.
  • Salary: To be discussed (depends on experience).
