Marketing Manager
Force24 is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Leeds-based marketing team.
This is a broad marketing role for someone with around four or more years of hands-on experience who enjoys working across the full marketing mix. You’ll have a particular focus on product marketing, CRM and email, digital performance and website management, while still getting involved in campaigns, content, paid media, events and wider brand activity.
You’ll work closely with the our Marketing Director, with dedicated support from our Marketing Executive, in-house designer and videographer, as well as collaborating regularly with sales, product and other teams across the business.
We’re looking for someone who can take an idea from brief through to execution, whether that means building an email campaign, launching a new product message, briefing our paid media agency, updating the website or digging into performance data to understand what we should do next.
AI is also becoming an increasingly important part of how we work. We want someone who is excited by that shift and actively looks for ways to use AI to work smarter, move faster and improve the quality of their marketing.
This is a hybrid role based around our Leeds office, with flexibility depending on how you work best. Most of the team currently work from the office around one to three days per week, depending on preference and what they’re working on.
What you’ll do
- Take a leading role in product marketing, helping translate Force24’s technology, features and customer outcomes into clear campaigns and compelling messaging.
- Help shape and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media and socials.
- Plan, build and optimise CRM and email campaigns, from segmentation and copy through to journeys, landing pages and performance analysis.
- Work closely with our paid media agency, helping shape briefs, campaign priorities, messaging and creative while keeping a close eye on performance.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and wider marketing reporting platforms to understand performance, identify opportunities and improve future activity.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Force24 website, including page updates, landing pages, content changes and campaign launches.
- Work alongside our designer and videographer to brief and develop creative assets across campaigns, digital content, social, events and product marketing.
- Support our programme of events, webinars, and customer/community activity.
- Help manage Force24’s social media presence, working with internal subject-matter experts and our creative team to develop relevant content.
- Research market trends, customer needs, competitor activity and category developments to strengthen positioning and campaign strategy.
- Work closely with sales to make sure marketing activity supports commercial priorities and gives the team what they need to convert opportunities.
- Bring new ideas to the table and actively look for ways to make our marketing more effective, efficient and distinctive.
- Make AI part of your everyday marketing toolkit, using it to support research, campaign development, content creation, analysis, ideation and workflow improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
