Summary
Reporting to the VP for Product Marketing, the Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of product marketing initiatives across Waystone's solutions including fund administration, management company services, ETF solutions, compliance and governance services, and private markets solutions.
The role will work closely with commercial, product, and subject matter experts to position Waystone's capabilities to a broad range of asset managers and financial services firms, with a particular focus on private markets clients across private equity, private credit, and real estate and infrastructure.
The successful candidate will develop compelling marketing content and sales enablement materials, executing go-to-market campaigns, supporting product launches, and helping to communicate complex industry challenges into clear, client-focused value propositions that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Solutions Marketing and Positioning
- Support the development and refinement of product positioning, value propositions, and messaging across Waystone's key products and solutions
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of differentiation
- Assist in the creation and execution of messaging frameworks and go-to-market plans

Sales Enablement
- Work with marketing, product, and sales leaders to develop and maintain sales enablement materials including solutions overviews, brochures, case studies, FAQs, and objection-handling resources
- Work closely with Commercial teams to ensure marketing materials support business development efforts and sales conversations
- Support responses to strategic business development opportunities and proposals
Campaign Execution and Demand Generation
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support business priorities and growth objectives
- Coordinate campaign deliverables across digital marketing, content, events, public relations, and commercial teams
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, service enhancements, and strategic marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation and continuous improvement
Content and Thought Leadership
- Develop high-quality marketing content including articles, videos, email programs, web content, presentations, social media content, and client communications
- Partner with subject matter experts to create thought leadership that demonstrates Waystone's expertise and market perspective
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging frameworks, and commercial objectives
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Operations to deliver integrated marketing programs
- Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors as required
- Build strong relationships across the business to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and commercial strategies

- High-quality product marketing materials consistently used by commercial teams
- Successful execution of campaigns that contribute to lead generation and pipeline growth
- Clear and consistent messaging across products, campaigns, and marketing channels
- Increased engagement with thought leadership and content programs
- Delivery of projects on time and to a high standard, with strong stakeholder satisfaction
- Demonstrated understanding of client needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities

Requirements

Skills and Experience
- 5-8 years' experience in product marketing in the asset management, financial services, or professional services industries
- Strong product and cross-service marketing experience, campaign execution, and project management skills, and commercial mindset
- Experience developing marketing content and sales enablement materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to simplify complex products, services, and industry topics into compelling value propositions and marketing messages
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of asset-servicing solutions such as fund administration, regulated funds solutions, and compliance services is highly desirable
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
