Who are we?
We are Access Creative College, formerly known as Access to Music, and we were founded in 1992. We're an Ofsted-inspected provider that reaches every corner of the country, with 7 campuses and over 2,500 students nationwide. We're proud to have achieved the national benchmark for education quality, recognised across the vast majority of our provision - Ofsted's 'Expected Standard' under the new inspection framework. The role
The role requires an exceptional project manager, people leader and stakeholder manager who can confidently influence at all levels, bring clarity to complexity, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

A background in marketing, digital marketing, campaign planning and delivery, research and data led insight creation is essential for this position.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an ambitious student recruitment strategy across multiple campuses. The postholder is expected to lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive enquiries, applications, acceptances and enrolments.
Working within a fast-paced, matrix organisation, the postholder will also manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, balancing the priorities of central marketing, admissions, campus teams and senior executives.

Interviews will take place online, and will involve creating and delivering a short presentation, details of which will be provided with the interview invitation.
The role will be hybrid, with 2 days per week required in our Manchester office, the other days remotely worked.
