Role Description

The Marketing Manager is a four day p/w role based in London. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen Golborne’s brand presence, drive enquiries, and support business growth. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Planning and managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Coordinating content creation
  • Updating the website and social media
  • Overseeing PR activities and collaborations
  • Analysing performance metrics
  • Managing marketing budgets
  • Maintaining consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Collaborating with the events team to promote key projects, produce case studies, and ensure marketing materials reflect the quality and style of Golborne’s work

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, within luxury events, hospitality, a brand or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and website content updates.
  • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling tailored to high-end audiences.
  • Ability to analyse marketing performance data, generate insights, and optimise campaigns based on measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with SEO and GEO
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative, operations, and client-facing teams.
  • Experience managing external agencies, photographers, and media partners
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfort working on-site in London and attending events, site visits, and meetings as required.
