We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Marketing Manager - Retirement Living to lead the marketing strategy, performance, and customer experience across our national retirement living portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who is equally passionate about purpose, customer outcomes, and developing high-performing teams.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive occupancy, enquiry generation, and customer engagement across BaptistCare's Retirement Living portfolio.

  • You will translate customer insights, market trends, and business priorities into compelling campaigns and experiences that strengthen our market presence and support sustainable growth.
  • Leading a small, passionate team of marketing specialists, you will balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, ensuring marketing activity delivers measurable outcomes while maintaining alignment with BaptistCare's brand and purpose.

About You:

You are a confident marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.

You will bring:

  • Success delivering integrated campaigns that drive lead generation, conversion, and growth
  • Proven experience leading marketing teams across multiple products, locations, or markets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, content, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, and complex stakeholder relationships
  • An ability to translate data and insights into clear business recommendations
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and leadership skills

Experience within retirement living, aged care, seniors living, property, or a related sector will be highly regarded.
