Marketing & Partnerships Manager

Location: Hybrid / London-Based
Job Type: Full Time
Reports to: Managing Director

About Noodoll

Noodoll is a design-led plush toy and lifestyle brand, creating unique, characterful companions that spread joy and imagination across the globe. From our studio in London, we bring to life a cast of quirky characters made with love, quality, and a signature sense of playfulness. With a loyal community and stockists worldwide, we’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Partnerships Manager to help us grow our brand presence, tell our story, and connect with new audiences.

Role Overview

As our Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering creative marketing strategies that grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales across all channels. You’ll also build and manage relationships with collaborators, influencers, stockists, and brand partners to bring the magic of Noodoll to new markets and customers.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, ideas-driven marketer who thrives in a small, agile team and wants to make a real impact in a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and print
  • Work closely with the creative team on product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling
  • Develop and manage the marketing calendar, aligning with key retail dates, holidays, and product releases
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs (engagement, traffic, ROI, etc.)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
