SaaS Marketing Manager
Warrington (hybrid, 2 to 3 days in the office) | Around £70,000 + benefits | Full time
Build it, run it, prove it.
Our client is an established, independent SaaS business in IT asset management, with a proven product, global enterprise customers and a strong reputation among the people who use it. What they don't yet have is marketing that matches the product.
A new Managing Director is investing in growth, and this is the first marketing hire in that plan. You'll own marketing from the ground up: write the 12 month plan, deliver it yourself, and show the numbers that justify building a team around you.
What you'll do
- Build and own a 12 month marketing plan with clear 3, 6 and 12 month milestones
- Set the foundations: positioning, messaging, ICP, channels and a measurement framework that proves ROI
- Drive demand through website, LinkedIn, content, email and campaigns, working closely with a growing sales team
- Audit the existing martech stack, decide what earns its keep, and make the budget work harder
- Turn a proven events programme, with senior speakers and C suite audiences, into a genuine pipeline engine
- Report on traffic, engagement, brand awareness and pipeline, and use the results to make the case for more investment
- Start with the UK, then help shape expansion into the US and APAC

What you'll bring
- B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience, ideally selling into IT or enterprise buyers
- A track record of both building plans and rolling your sleeves up to deliver them
- Comfort with numbers: you can show what worked, what didn't, and what the return was
- Confidence working with a lean budget and choosing where it goes
- Energy and personality. The Warrington office is around 30 people across sales, services, consulting, HR and finance, and they want someone who brings colour, ideas and momentum
