Marketing Manager

Sheraton Grand London Park Lane

Sheraton Grand London Park Lane is seeking an experienced, creative, and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the hotel's marketing strategy and drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth across all business segments.

Inspired by the glamour of the Art Deco era and backed by the power of Marriott International, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing presence of one of London's most iconic luxury hotels while developing your career within one of the world's leading hospitality brands.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, drive digital performance, manage content creation, and work closely with operational teams to promote the hotel's rooms, restaurants, bars, events, meetings, and weddings business. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, strengthening market positioning, and delivering measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the hotel's annual marketing and communications strategy in line with commercial objectives.
  • Manage and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, PR, and on-property channels.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement for guestrooms, restaurants, bars, meetings, events, weddings, and seasonal activations.
  • Manage the hotel's social media presence, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with Marriott standards.
  • Work closely with the Revenue, Sales, Food & Beverage, and Events teams to support demand generation and revenue growth.
  • Analyse campaign performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimise results.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, influencers, photographers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Maintain website content and ensure all marketing collateral is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support public relations activities, media visits, and reputation management initiatives.
  • Manage the departmental marketing budget and ensure effective return on investment across all activities.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an innovative and commercially minded marketing professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and a proven ability to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

You will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Marketing Manager, Assistant Marketing Manager, or equivalent marketing role within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or a related industry.
  • Strong digital marketing and social media management experience.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media advertising, and analytics tools.
  • A strong understanding of brand management, customer engagement, and market positioning.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset combined with strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.
