Marketing Manager
Location: Wirral/Liverpool – Hybrid Working
Salary: £45k-£50k – Depending on experience
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join a growing and dynamic marketing team based in Wirral or Liverpool office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised and ambitious marketer looking to make a genuine impact across a portfolio of established brands. Working across the Group, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, supporting brand growth and ensuring marketing activity is executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple Group brands.
- Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media and digital channels.
- Assist with website content updates and B2B marketing activity.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal and operational teams, to develop marketing materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional multiple marketing projects, liaising with colleagues and external agency partners.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, branded materials and point-of-sale assets.
- Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments and messages where appropriate.
- Provide support with events, brand activations, internal communications and charity initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics, producing reports and insights.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing activity.

About You
We're looking for an organised and proactive Marketing professional who can confidently manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager, or Senior Marketing Executive role, within Legal/Insurance/Investment/Professional Services Sector.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience managing social media channels and content calendars.
- A good understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work across multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience analysing campaign performance and engagement data.

Desirable:
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting events, sponsorships or brand activations.
- Exposure to website content management systems.
