Marketing Manager
Distribution Channel Specialist – Retail UK & EU
Location: London – Hybrid, 3 days per week in Kings Cross + travel across Europe
Contract: Initial 12 months
Rate: Up to £350 per day PAYE + Bonus
About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager - Distribution Channel Specialist to support retail distribution across the UK and EU, working with a portfolio of small and mid-sized retail partners.
This is a varied, commercially focused role sitting at the centre of retail account management, partner marketing, e-commerce, reporting and programme coordination. You’ll work closely with retail partners as well as internal Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure campaigns, promotions and channel initiatives are delivered effectively.
You’ll also provide direct support to the Distribution Manager for Retail UK & EU, contributing to business planning, forecasting, reporting and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with Long Tail retail accounts across the UK and EU.
- Support partner onboarding and provide guidance around products, pricing, promotions and go-to-market activity.
- Coordinate retail marketing, promotional and co-marketing campaigns, including online, in-store and demo programmes.
- Ensure partners have the latest product, merchandising, pricing and marketing assets.
- Support the planning, tracking and reconciliation of marketing, promotional and co-op budgets.
- Monitor spend, raise purchase requests, follow up on invoices and flag budget risks.
- Build and maintain sales, marketing and performance reports, turning data into actionable insights.
- Support business reviews, quarterly planning, forecasting and pricing/promotion proposals.
- Identify opportunities to improve, standardise and automate channel processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations teams.
- Monitor retail trends, competitor activity and partner feedback across European markets.

- Marketing & E-Commerce Management
- Strong experience across demand generation, partner marketing, retail promotions and/or e-commerce marketplace management.
- Reporting & Business Acumen
- Confident working with sales and marketing data, producing reports, identifying trends and turning analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Programme Management
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts, stakeholders, deadlines and processes simultaneously.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in retail, distribution, channel sales, account management, trade marketing or sales operations.
- Experience within consumer electronics, technology or another fast-moving consumer category is desirable.
- Experience managing or supporting marketing and promotional activity and budgets.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent Excel and/or Google Sheets capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Strong organisational and programme management skills.

Desirable Experience
- Managing a portfolio of small/mid-sized retail accounts across multiple European markets.
- Experience with co-op/MDF budgets, purchase orders and invoicing processes.
- Experience using AI-powered reporting or visualisation tools.
- Additional European language skills.
- Interest or experience in AR/VR, wearables or emerging technology.
