Independent Casual Dining Restaurant Standalone Role
Are you a creative marketer who lives and breathes social media? Do you know how to build a brand, create engaging content, and turn followers into loyal customers?
We're recruiting on behalf of an exciting independent casual dining restaurant that's already built a fantastic reputation and is now preparing to open its second venue. It's an exciting time to join the business, and they're looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead their marketing function.
This is a standalone role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, giving you the opportunity to take full ownership of the brand's marketing strategy while remaining heavily involved in the day-to-day execution. If you're someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on creativity, and loves bringing ideas to life, this could be the perfect opportunity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
