Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

Sonihull, part of the Alfa Laval group, is a global leader in ultrasonic antifouling systems, a pioneering technology that keeps vessels and industrial equipment clean, efficient and chemical-free.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own our global marketing and communications agenda. As Sonihull’s principal marketing owner, you will translate commercial priorities into focused, impactful activity that strengthens our specialist brand, generates qualified demand, and supports sales growth. This is a genuine end-to-end role: you own both the strategy and the execution.

Working closely with colleagues across Alfa Laval and with specialist partners and agencies, you will:

  • Develop and execute Sonihull’s global marketing and communications strategy, annual plan, and budget, aligned with business and sales priorities.
  • Translate customer, market, and competitor insights into clear audiences, value propositions, and campaign priorities.
  • Plan and deliver targeted digital campaigns across website, SEO, LinkedIn, paid search, social, email, and marketing automation.
  • Own the content calendar and key touchpoints, creating and commissioning high-quality content, case studies, and product-launch materials.
  • Collaborate with Alfa Laval’s central, divisional, and regional marketing teams, aligning Sonihull activity with group priorities and brand governance.
  • Define and report on KPIs, using performance data to optimise marketing activity and investment.
  • Build scalable ways of working and help shape future marketing capability as Sonihull grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
